All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking form or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your appointment by phone, email, or text message. Appointment times are estimates; we will notify you of any significant changes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and access.
3. Pricing and Payments
Your price and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Flat rates cover a typical job; other fees may apply for extra trailer loads, heavy items, or items that need special disposal, and any such fee is quoted in writing before work starts. Payment is due as agreed, prior to or upon completion of the service.
4. SMS Terms
Program: All Clear Garage & Property Cleanouts service notifications, including appointment confirmations, reminders, quotes, and missed-call follow-ups. Message frequency varies. 5. Liability
All Clear will take reasonable care while performing services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions on your property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
