Exact price confirmed at your free walkthrough — in writing, before any work begins. No hourly billing. No dumpster sitting in your driveway for a week.

What can change a quote: your walkthrough price is firm for the scope we see together. Two conditions are always priced up front, never after — extra-heavy volume (multiple trailer loads beyond what we scoped) and active infestations (mice or roaches — we still take the job; protective equipment and sealed disposal are simply built into the written quote).

Estate care — included on every job, not a tier: keepsakes and flagged items set aside — never assumed; personal documents boxed for the family or shredded on request; anything of value (cash, jewelry, photos) recovered and handed over; donation receipts provided.

Getting the home ready to sell? Add any of these — one crew, one invoice.

Deep clean (kitchen, baths, appliances, baseboards)from $495
Carpet cleaning$75/room, 3-room min
Paint touch-up (walls, trim, scuffs)from $595
Curb appeal sweep (yard items, mow, edge, blow)from $295

Performed by our vetted local partners, scheduled and managed by All Clear. One point of contact, one invoice, one finished home.

Estate Cleanouts, Handled With Care

Most families call us in the middle of the hardest month of their year. A house full of a lifetime of belongings, out-of-town family asking questions, maybe a realtor waiting — and no idea where to start.

You don't have to sort anything before we arrive. You walk the home with us once. You point out what the family is keeping. We handle every single thing after that — carefully, and without judgment.

  • Keepsake protection — photos, documents, jewelry, and anything you flag are set aside in one place, never mixed with removals
  • Donation handling — usable furniture and goods donated locally; receipts provided for the estate
  • Out-of-state families welcome — video walkthroughs, photo updates, keepsakes shipped or held for pickup
  • Executor & attorney coordination — itemized documentation for probate when the estate needs it

This is not a franchise crew or a day-labor service. The people at the walkthrough are the people who do the work. We know the difference between clearing a house and clearing someone's parents' home.

Heavily Packed Home? We Add Hoarding Care to Any Cleanout

Years of accumulation? It's more common than you think, and there's nothing to be embarrassed about. Hoarding care isn't a separate service here — it's an add-on we fold into any residential cleanout, quietly.

  • Private walkthrough — just you and us; unmarked vehicles on request
  • Multi-visit pacing — one room at a time when that's what works
  • The homeowner decides — keep, donate, or remove; approved item by item, valuables set aside

Same package ladder above, confirmed in writing at the walkthrough — the price doesn't change because a job takes patience.

Common Questions

How much does a whole house cleanout cost?

Most full homes in North Houston run $1,495–$4,995 depending on size and volume. You get one firm written price at a free walkthrough — it doesn't change unless you add work.

How long does it take?

Most homes are done in one day. Large or heavily packed properties take 2–3. We tell you exactly at the walkthrough.

Do you take appliances and furniture?

Yes — including the heavy stuff: pianos, safes, and appliances. Flag anything unusual at the walkthrough.

What don't you take?

Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos) require special disposal — we'll point you to the right option. Nearly everything else, we take.

Can you do it while I'm at work?

Yes. After the walkthrough, most clients give us access and come home to a finished house.

What about things worth money?

We flag potentially valuable items during the job instead of hauling them. It's your stuff — you decide.

Do you clean too?

Every job ends broom-swept. Deep cleaning (for listings) can be added — ask at the walkthrough.

What if we're not sure what to keep?

Take your time. Many families do the walkthrough, then take a few days before we start. Anything you're unsure about gets set aside, not removed.

We live out of state. Can you still help?

Yes. Video walkthroughs, photo updates during the job, and a video final review. Keepsakes can be shipped or held for pickup.

Do you handle homes with mice or roaches?

Yes — we don't walk away from infested properties. Our crew works in protective equipment with sealed bagging and disposal, and that's built into your written quote at the walkthrough. If an infestation turns up after quoting, we pause and re-confirm the price in writing before continuing.

What if there's more than expected?

Your quote covers the volume we scoped together. If a job turns out to involve multiple additional trailer loads (packed attics and outbuildings are the usual culprits), we re-confirm the price in writing before hauling beyond scope — never after.

Will the neighbors know?

Not from us. Unmarked vehicles on request, no signage, and we never discuss jobs publicly or post photos without written permission.

One visit. One price. One empty, usable house.
